Shipping Policy

We currently only offer standard shipping. Shipping will be carried out either by Royal Mail or courier. Any couriered parcels will be given a tracking number. We aim for all UK parcels to be received within 3-5 working days.

Please understand that orders places late on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be shipped until Monday.

Please expect delays to shipping during COVID-19 period. This could have significant effects to international shipping.

UK shipping is at a set rate of £3.10 for orders under the value of £50.

Shipping is free for any UK orders over £50.

Shipping within Europe is at a set rate of £12

Shipping for the rest of the world is £22

Refund Policy

We regret to inform that we cannot offer a refund for cut fabric eg. fabric, trims, remnants, offcuts. If when the product is received and not tampered with, there is a fault, please send the item back for inspection. Once we have received and inspected the item we will contact you via email with further information. You have 14 days to return a faulty item.

Packaged items such as buttons, buckles etc. can be refunded within 14 days. The  customer is responsible for any shipping costs if the product is not faulty.
