Shipping Policy
We endeavour to get all orders with you as soon as possible. However, as most items are made to order please allow a 3-4 week turnaround for any orders placed.
In particularly busy times, such as any holiday seasons, our turnaround time may be slightly longer, but if so we will keep you informed.
We offer 1st and 2nd class postage through Royal Mail. Click and collect is available for those in the Warrington area that would rather collect in person.
We will always obtain proof of postage. If you would like to upgrade postage to recorded or signed for please contact us. International postage is also available on request.
Refund Policy
If your items are faulty upon delivery we will refund or exchange items within 14 days of receipt. We are not liable for damages or breakages after your items have been received in good working order.
